Apart of our collab with CJ Monét for her debut studio album, “Confessions of a People Pleaser,” out now on all streaming platforms. This is a tee in which derives inspiration from track 8 titled “Face the Music” ant the overall album itself. We did a first ever rib hit for the brand. A rib hit runs a print from front to back, which reads “the people are never pleased,” this being the tagline of the collaboration. The back neck print reads the album title “Confessions of a People Pleaser,” “Debut Studio Album,” as well as CJ’s signature. We included this in symbolism of a “commemorative item.” The front mirror is again a bridge to the church, as it is a mirror from a Corinthians church from the early 1900s. The mirror was symbolic to us, as we felt the overall theme of this album is CJ being real and honest with herself. Constantly reflecting with herself, in which one does in a mirror
